How does the ordering/setup process work?

Once you've selected a plan and placed your order, our team will review the information you submit and assign you a dedicated account manager. This person will generally be your primary point of contact for as long as you're a customer of ours. He or she will guide you through the setup process and ensure that you and your staff have everything you need to start taking advantage of all that PracticeBrain has to offer.

When will my account be setup?

In most cases you will be contacted by your account manager within one business day of placing your order.

What Is Required for Installation?

Our PatientGrow™ module allows you to accept patient appointment requests from your website.  This “widget” is very simple to install and requires a single line of HTML code! 

If you don't have a website, PracticeBrain has contracted with a nationally recognized local web marketing company to provide  an affordable, turnkey website with several attractive designs appropriate for medical and healthcare professionals.  Call us today for more information (855-972-7246) or submit an inquiry through our Contact Form.

When will my credit card be billed?

As soon as your order is received your card will be billed for your first month of service. Thereafter your card will be billed approximately every 30-days in advance of each month in which service is provided.

Can I change or upgrade my PracticeBrain plan later on?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time, just tell your account manager about the changes you'd like to make and he or she will help ensure you transition to the new plan promptly and smoothly.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, unlike many software/IT vendors we do not require you to sign any long-term contracts, nor do we have hefty "annual license fees" or setup fees to lock you in.

You are free to cancel your account any time you wish. Simply contact your account manager or our Customer Service department and we'll help you export your patient records and data before deactivating your account.

If you cancel within the first 30-days of service, we'll even refund 100% of your subscription fees.
